Sarah Hillman - Director

Sarah Hillman is a trusted partner who delivers thoughtful, consultative guidance to both candidates and hiring organizations. She is known for her ability to help clients build high-performing teams and candidates navigate strategic career decisions.
 
Prior to joining Andrews & Cole, Sarah was part of the Strategy & Transformation team at FTI Consulting, directly supporting the C-Suite. Her prior experience also includes FP&A at CoStar Group and the highly selective Accounting and Finance Development Program at Walmart, gaining broad exposure to financial planning, analysis, and operational strategy.
 
Sarah earned her degree from St. Bonaventure University and remains actively engaged with the university community.
 
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring all that the Washington, DC area has to offer with her husband, from live sporting events to new restaurants. She’s also an avid ice cream enthusiast who makes it a point to try a new shop whenever she travels.
