Rich Raniere - Partner

Literally a legend in the search and staffing industry, Rich’s career experience includes serving as a National Trainer for global staffing firms, as well as Market Leader managing high performing search and consulting teams.
 
After becoming a nationally-ranked accounting and finance recruiter himself, Rich went on to lead some of the highest performing teams at his firm. His passion for mentoring and coaching led him to training roles where he could have an even broader impact.
 
As a Partner with Andrews & Cole, Rich is responsible for expanding our geographic and business line offerings, as well as managing teams and coaching individuals.
 
Rich, a native Long Islander, graduated with a B.B.A in Public Accounting from Pace University in New York City, and began his career with Touche Ross, now Deloitte & Touche, and Pepsi in audit and finance roles.
 
He moved to Florida upon graduation where he still resides in the town of Jupiter. Although Rich left New York years ago he still has an unhealthy passion for the New York Jets.
