Pat Layden - Recruiting ManagerAs a Recruiting Manager, Pat Layden leads Direct Hire searches for Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance for clients across North America.
Pat brings over 25 years of experience in leading Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Product Development, and Market Development Teams, enabling him to provide consultative solutions to both candidates and hiring organizations. Prior to joining Andrews & Cole, Pat worked with both boutique and national firms providing technical talent in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Op Ex to manufacturing clients. Outside of work, Pat is an active tennis player and member of F3, a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. He is a proud graduate of The University of South Carolina, where he also lettered in soccer. Pat and his wife, Gregorie, have two grown children, a son and daughter who both live in the Upstate of SC, and they enjoy visiting with them on weekends for lunch and dinners. |
