Nicole DelToro - Founder & PresidentIn 1996, Nicole DelToro “fell” into the executive search and recruiting business and has loved it ever since. After learning the ropes at a national firm, Nicole founded Andrews & Cole in 2002, providing executive search, recruiting, and staffing services for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging companies in nearly every industry.
A graduate of Cornell University, Nicole serves on the Cornell University Board of Trustees, and is a member of its audit and finance committees. An avid runner, Nicole has completed multiple marathons and half-marathons. She enjoys cooking and baking and attempting to improve her golf handicap. Nicole’s expertise includes executive search, organizational development, and equity, diversity and inclusion. |
