Previously, Morgan spent over a decade recruiting pediatric therapy professionals in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. He is known for his integrity and listening skills, which he employs to understand his candidates’ goals to ensure the right match.
 
Morgan is a proud graduate of the College of Charleston, and is lucky enough to still reside in Charleston, SC with his wife, a global destination wedding planner, and their 7-pound Pomeranian, Stevie Nicks Mitchell.
 
Outside of work, you can find Morgan sitting on the beach, catching live music, or watching sports of any kind.
