Kate Sonstein - VP of Operations & Chief of StaffKate Sonstein brings a multidisciplinary background across operations, marketing, and project management, leading the firm’s back office and driving initiatives in the areas of marketing, operations, and strategy. She executes strategies to drive scalable processes, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support the firm’s continued growth.
Prior to rejoining Andrews & Cole, Kate spent a decade in higher education, where she held progressive leadership roles in graduate enrollment management, student success, and admissions. Most recently, she led recruitment and enrollment strategy for graduate business programs at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, delivering measurable gains in student acquisition, retention, and program positioning. She holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University and a bachelor’s degree from American University. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with her family exploring new places and is a devoted fan of the New York Rangers and the Philadelphia Eagles. |
