Kate Sonstein - Chief of StaffKate leverages her experience in project management, marketing, operations, talent management, and talent acquisition to drive and execute firm initiatives in the areas of internal recruiting, human resources, marketing, communications, and business strategy.
Prior to Andrews & Cole, Kate worked for 10 years in the higher education industry supporting graduate business students in their educational pursuits. Kate’s work spanned student support, retention, and graduate admissions, most recently leading the graduate enrollment management and recruitment team at Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. Her first post-undergraduate role was with Andrews & Cole, and she is happy to be back at the firm bringing fresh perspective. In addition to her MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, Kate is a graduate of American University’s School of Communications. Outside of the office, Kate spends her time with her husband, son, and family dog exploring and finding new adventures. Kate is also an avid hockey fan, cheering on the New York Rangers much to the chagrin of her Philadelphia-based family members. |
