Jonathan Grinnon, CFA - VP, Finance & OperationsJonathan is a hands-on executive with 20+ years of experience. He is known for a strategic and focused approach to help small businesses grow, keen attention to detail, and proven ability to implement solutions that improve internal efficiencies and Profit and Loss margins.
Jonathan has been involved with multiple startup companies, where he helped design business plans, establish new offices, and secure seed capital. He began his career at The Blackstone Group, working in the Internal Finance department as well as directly with the CFO on special projects. Jonathan is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business, with a major in Finance, and is a CFA Charterholder. He lives in Northern Virginia with his wife and 3 boys, where he enjoys coaching them in basketball, baseball, and golf. |
