Alicia Bond, CPA – Director, Client Services & Recruiting 

Alicia brings over 20 years of experience in Big 4 audit and Financial Reporting to the Andrews & Cole team where she provides a highly consultative approach to client needs and requirements. 

Prior to Andrews & Cole, Alicia was the Director of Financial Reporting and International Accounting at AOL, managing a team of over 50 people in the US and abroad. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in the Audit division of the Washington, DC office and audited several large public clients, while also serving as a healthcare and not-for-profit specialist. 

A graduate of the College of William & Mary, Alicia is an active member of the Parent and Family Council and volunteers with the Mason School of Business. She is also on the Board and a member of the Finance Committee of McLean Project for the Arts, a gallery in McLean, Virginia that provides art education to underprivileged students in Fairfax County.  

​Alicia enjoys cheering on the Nationals with her family and can often be found pool side at her children’s swim meets or water polo games.
