Thea enjoys building relationships and solving challenges for both candidates and clients alike, combining her passion for coaching professionals with her commitment to partnering with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies. Thea is a graduate of Arizona State University with a BA in Communication and started her career in TV/Journalism. She enjoys traveling, any activity in the mountains, pickleball, and reading.
