Scott Little - Managing Director

Scott Little is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of leadership and strategic advisory experience across finance, accounting, and talent transformation. 

Throughout his career, Scott has partnered with organizations from private equity firms to growth-stage companies to build leadership teams, optimize financial operations, and navigate complex change. His approach combines market insight with a commitment to integrity, forging strong relationships with clients and executives alike.

Scott has developed deep expertise across business development, sales leadership, client relationship management, and operational consulting through his experience at large national recruiting firms, including most recently leading an executive search and advisory practice. 

Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Shippensburg University. Beyond his professional pursuits, Scott is an avid Eagles fan (Go Birds!) and spends his free time boating, bowling, golfing and working out.
