Lindsay Castle is an Executive Recruiter with more than 15 years of experience advising organizations on critical talent solutions. 

Lindsay is known for her ability to partner with leadership teams to understand business priorities, then translates those needs into targeted, executable search strategies across both permanent and interim solutions. Her process is defined by clear communication, consistency, and strong follow-through, delivering a high-touch, consultative approach throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Prior to joining Andrews & Cole, Lindsay’s experience included more than a decade at a large, national staffing firm partnering with organizations across industries to fill high-impact roles at all levels. Her experience includes working closely with both growing companies and established firms, giving her a well-rounded perspective on talent strategy and market dynamics.

Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication from the University of Central Missouri. 

Outside of work, Lindsay spends time on a 6,500-acre farm where her husband is part of a fifth-generation farming operation. She and her husband stay busy raising their two boys and enjoy camping whenever they can.
