Kirk brings extensive expertise in technical accounting, audit readiness and financial and SEC reporting to support the firm’s expansion of consulting and advisory capabilities.
Kirk is a former Consulting Partner at RSM and Assurance Partner with Grant Thornton. At Grant Thornton, he served as a lead auditor for public and large complex private companies, and at RSM, he teamed with similar companies to achieve results based on their individual financial and accounting needs. Kirk is driven to solve problems and provide practical solutions and results to his clients.
Throughout his career, Kirk has been instrumental in helping mid-cap and middle-market businesses achieve their goals. He has a passion for understanding clients’ businesses and designing operational capabilities that drive value and efficiency, leveraging a hands-on approach and technical expertise.
