He began his career at large national firm as an individual contributor and quickly advanced into leadership, ultimately managing one of the firm’s largest East Coast offices. Throughout his tenure, he consistently ranked among the top performers nationally, placing in the top 10% for gross profit production for three consecutive years and earning President’s Club recognition. Known for his relationship-driven approach and market insight, Kevin is focused on connecting organizations with high-impact talent while helping candidates navigate meaningful career opportunities. Kevin holds a BA from Salisbury University. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and four children, often coaching his sons in baseball and football. A longtime DMV native, he also enjoys traveling to South Carolina, following Clemson Tigers sports, and fishing on the waters of Maryland. |
