Jackie Chappell - Business Development ManagerJackie Chappell joins Andrews & Cole with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors including government contracting consulting experience.
As a Business Development Manager, Jackie partners with clients and our recruiting team to deliver a full suite of resources including executive search, professional recruiting, interim and advisory solutions. Jackie began her career in financial consulting, primarily serving government contractors and later brought her expertise to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, where she led the implementation of a performance management program to improve accountability and transparency. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida. A passionate sports enthusiast, Jackie enjoys playing pickleball and tennis, rooting on her Florida Gators, and most of all, being the loudest cheerleader on the sidelines of her kids’ sporting events. |
