Dana Rabinowitz - Director of Business Development & Market Leader

With more than 22 years of recruiting experience, Dana Rabinowitz serves as an expert executive search and recruiting partner for organizations across industries, specializing in sales, marketing, and operations roles. 

Dana started her career as a CPA working with one of the Big 4 CPA firms before transitioning to staffing, where she has partnered with amazing organizations from start-ups to private equity firms to Fortune 500 companies.  

With extensive experience recruiting across the finance, accounting, sales, marketing and operations functions, Dana brings a wealth of knowledge in a variety of industries including healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing and real estate. 

Dana received her Bachelor of Accounting from Barry University and her Master of Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. 

Outside of the office, Dana is a co-chair for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Student Visionary of the Year event and a member of the Women’s Executive Circle of the Jewish Federation.
