Nicole DelToro founded Andrews & Cole, LLC in 2002 and the firm has quickly grown to be a trusted partner for clients ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging companies in nearly every industry.

Prior to founding Andrews & Cole, LLC, DelToro was a nationally-ranked top manager and producer for a large national staffing firm for 6 years. She developed the company’s Washington DC Finance and Accounting Search practice from the ground up, after doubling revenues in the South Florida market. Nicole served as both a regional and national trainer and had P&L responsibility for a multi-million dollar business unit.

A graduate of Cornell University, Nicole currently serves on the Cornell University Council and on the Board of the Cornell Club of Washington. She is a member of several Women’s Business Organizations, and she enjoys running, cooking, and golf.

Nicole’s expertise includes executive search, career management and interviewing strategy, organizational development, and small business management.
